Ingredients:
2 cups rutabaga sliced lengthwise into desired thickness
Wash and peel rutabaga. Slice lengthwise into desired thickness. Excellent for vegetable platters (highly sturdy and portable). Dip shown is Ideal Protein Honey & Dijon Dressing. You can sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, paprika, any herb blend or garlic.
