Radish Goulash


Ingredients:

4 ounces of extra lean ground beef 1 1/2 of mandolin sliced radishes 1/2 cup of diced green onions 1/2 cup of water x2 1 ounce of milk 1 packet of Mac and cheese noodles and sauce Salt Pepper 1/4 cayenne 1/2 tsp Oregano 1 minced garlic clove.

Method:

Scramble fry extra lean ground beef with minced garlic until cooked through and nice and crumbled. Add in your green onions, radishes, oregano, salt, pepper and cayanne pepper mixing well. Pour in half a cup of water and your Mac and cheese noodles. Cook stirring for about five minutes. Add additional 1/2 cup of water, 1 ounce of milk and the cheese sauce packet from Mac and cheese. Cook and mix well until cheese sauce is creamy and well distributed.
