Hot Crab & Fennel Dip


Ingredients: 1 can of crab meat or 3-4 ounces of fresh crab meat 1/2 cup diced fennel bulb 1/4 cup of diced green onion 2 tbsp Of Amazin Mayo 1/4 tsp mustard dry 1/4 tsp paprika 1 tbsp of Lemon or lime juice 1 diced garlic clove Fresh salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients well and bake at 325 for 30 min, serve hot with assortment of veggies and low carb chips.

3-4 ounces of protein, 3/4 cup of vegetables
