Double Cheesy Broccoli Bread



Ingredients:

1 cup of fine chopped broccoli

2 tbsp fine diced green onion

1 garlic clove through a press

2-4 tsp of grape seed oil

1 beaten egg

2 ounces of milk

1 ounce of water

1 package broccoli cheese soup

1 package of mac and cheese noodles

1 package of the cheese sauce

¼ tsp of cayenne

½ tsp baking powder


Method:

Grind the mac and cheese noodles to a fine powder.

In a medium bowl add the ground noodles, cheese sauce powder, broccoli cheese soup, cayenne, and baking powder, mix together well.

In a second bowl beat egg, and whisk in grape seed oil, milk, water, adding in garlic, green onion, and broccoli mixing well.

Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until you have achieved a smooth batter.

Pour into a parchment lined loaf, or 6-inch pie pan. You may also use non-stick spray if preferred.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Bake for 30 minutes, remove from oven and cool.

Divide recipe into 2 servings.

Each serving is non restricted, you may decrease the oil to 2 tsp if consuming both halves in the same day, also replacing 1 ounce of the milk with water.

Great recipe to share of use over 2 days.
