Ingredients:
2 cups of riced cauliflower
2 tbsp sliced green onions
35-40 grams of fermented sprouted tofu, fine grated
¼ cup of chicken stock
2 tsp of grapeseed oil
1 tsp of curry
½ tsp of turmeric
½ tsp salt
½ tsp lemon zest
½ tsp cinnamon
In pan saute oil, garlic, onion, and tofu, heat through and add curry, turmeric, salt, lemon zest, and cinnamon. Now add ¼ cup of chicken stock stir until ingredients are combined. Now add the cauliflower rice and heat through until tender.
Recipe yields 2 cups of select veggie, 2 tsp of oil, and approximately 9 grams of tofu protein.
