Noodles courtesy of Mac & Cheese ( I soak noodles in water until desired texture vs boiling them)
2 cups of chicken broth
1 garlic clove minced
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1/2 cup of diced celery
1/4 cup diced green onion
2 oz leftover roast chicken
Simmer all ingredients over low heat - add noodles for the last 5 minutes.
Mix cheese sauce with 30 - 40 ml of water stir well and chill, once chilled fill celery boats.
